Job Description
As the Career Navigator, you will use your experience to help schools implement career readiness programs. Your expertise will impact Carroll County Public Schools (CCPS) and Carroll Community College (CCC) student achievement through business involvement, school staff consultation, and workshop development. The stakeholder will rely on you to coordinate services for the Blueprint College and Career Readiness Pathways (CCR) and Career and Technical Information (CTE) programs.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
•Associate degree or two years of college
•A comparable amount of education and experience may be substituted for the minimum requirement.
•Three or more years of related experience
•Valid driver’s license
•Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) or Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) certification (or must obtain GCDF or CWDP certification within 15 months of employment)
