Job Description

As a Park Ranger, you will perform a wide variety of duties supporting Piney Run Park operations. You will provide park security presence, monitor visitor activities, and perform custodial tasks in addition to other opening and closing duties. The work you do will ensure County Park grounds and facilities are clean, sanitary, physically safe, and orderly, in compliance with park rules and regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
• One or more years of related experience
• A comparable amount of education and experience may be substituted for the minimum requirement.
• Valid driver’s license
• CPR, AED, First Aid, and Blood Borne Pathogen certification (or must obtain within 3 months of employment)
• Boater Safety certification (or must obtain within 2 months of employment)
