Job Description

1. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

2. Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)

3. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits/ Complete inventory updates

4. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

5. Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment

Job Requirements

Education
High School diploma or GED;

Experience
Preferred – 1-2 years in warehouse operations, inventory control or closely related areas of experience.
Experience using a forklift and an inventory management system; shipping coordination experience

Skills
PC skills in Windows environment; proficiency in warehouse operations; Ability to operate warehouse equipment – including forklift (cherry picker, pallet jack); Good PC math, writing (legibly), and reading skills.
English speaking and writing preferred. Good communication skills (listening and oral); Moderate time management and problem-identification skills; Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to follow through and complete work with high degree of accuracy.

Knowledge
Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems

Qualities
Detail oriented; good judgment; problem-solving skills; Dependable; Able to listen to verbal instructions;
Methodical and accurate; High degree of attention to required to prevent injury to self and others.

Other
Ability to be certified in the operation of warehouse equipment; Able to lift, lower, carry product up to a maximum
of 60 pounds by hand. Must be able to read and hear verbal instructions or through headset. Work requires motor skills requiring manual dexterity.
