Job Description

1. Reaching out to approved waiver participant families and encouraging enrollment into our state approve autism waiver program.
2. Helping interested waiver participant families complete our enrollment package
3. Shortlist potential employees for interview
4. Recruit more approved waiver participants
5. Keep good records of all operations
6. Establish and nurture relationships with clients, caregivers, and responding to calls and emails within 24 hours
7. Perform other duties as assign by the Program Director
8. The waiver Outreach coordinator will be work under the supervision of the Program Director.

Job Requirements

 The ideal candidate must possess effective communication skills both verbal and written and organizational skills, along with resilience and an outcome-driven mindset.
 Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other professionals
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
 Must have Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with autism
 Must have excellent computer skills.
 Must be willing to work in the office and in the community
