Job Description
As the Continuum of Care (CoC) Coordinator, you will coordinate the implementation of a housing and service delivery system within the CoC geographic area. The Bureau Chief will rely on you to provide annual monitoring and to communicate the CoC’s goals and gaps to the MD consolidated plan. You will identify required trainings, act as a liaison, and support compliance with grant funding requirements.
Essential Duties
With a trauma informed approach, coordinate the implementation of a housing and service system within the CoC geographic area.
Conduct analysis of local data trends that impact homelessness in Carroll County and engage the CoC to create solutions for any identified negative trends.
Work closely with the Executive Committee and Grants office to assist with completion of the Continuum of Care Grant.
Provide annual monitoring for homeless services and prevention, including programmatic and financial review.
Communicate CoC’s goals and gaps to the MD consolidated plan. Provide data and feedback to the State.
Identify and coordinate required trainings within community.
Act as liaison between executive committee and CoC groups.
Support compliance with grant funding requirements.
Ensure all work is complete and timely to support department goals. Evaluate feedback and procedures to improve efficiency.
Invite collaboration and seek learning opportunities. Proactively assist peers to create a supportive work environment.

Job Requirements
Education and Experience
Associate degree or two years of college
Three or more years of related experience
A comparable amount of education and experience may be substituted for the minimum requirement.
Additional Information
Requires criminal background check as condition of employment.
Must be able to provide own transportation as needed for local travel.
