Job Description

Smart Energy Pros is a fast growing, local insulation company looking to hire new members for our insulation team. Your job is important as it ensures our customers live in comfortable and energy efficient homes.

Responsibilities:
– Apply spray foam to cracks, gaps or penetrations in attics, walls or crawl spaces to stop air leaks.
– Blow insulation material such as fiberglass or cellulose.
– Adhere to safety guidelines to ensure that you and everyone else gets home safe.
– Be respectful and polite in customer’s homes.
– Listen to directions.
– Communicate with other team members about problems or delays.

Job Requirements

We are looking for the below people:
– Must have a valid US drivers license and reliable transportation.
– Must be able to get into attics and crawl spaces and lift 40-50 lbs.
– Must be dependable. We need people who are going to show up on time consistently.
– Ability to pass a drug test.
– We prefer those with prior experience in the insulation field.
