Job Description

As a Driller’s Helper (Laborer), they will be an essential part of our team that supports geothermal drilling operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives outdoors in all weather, and wants to start a career in a growing industry focused on sustainable energy.
No experience is required – all training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe working environment
Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and machines
Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
Assist in daily maintenance of the equipment, like greasing and topping off fluids
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete assigned tasks efficiently
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Travel to job sites is required – will be working on Maryland job sites but must be willing to work in other states, depending on business needs. Travel arrangements are made.

Job Requirements

Physical Demands:
Ability to work in an outdoor work environment in all weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs
Must be able to work 10 or more hours per day, between 40-50 hours per week.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Possess reliable transportation
Willingness to learn and complete all training
