What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice that represents NaturaLawn of America to our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Answering customer calls with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Accurately entering customer data
• Managing a variety of office tasks in a team-based environment
• Providing efficient and friendly service to all inquiries

Job Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient typing skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
