Westminster, MD, Monday, May 18, 2026Carroll County Workforce Development (CCWD) is pleased to host two upcoming job fairs.  An in-person job fair will be held at CCWD on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. No registration is necessary for this free in-person event. In addition, the virtual Maryland Regional Job Fair will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026, through the Premier Virtual platform. This free online hiring event provides job seekers and businesses 24/7 access to connect, network, and explore employment opportunities statewide. Registration for job seekers and businesses/organizations is open now.

The upcoming events build on the success of CCWD’s May 5th virtual job fair, which drew strong participation and engagement with 107 registered attendees, 17 businesses and almost 700 job vacancies.

Designed for accessibility and efficiency, Premier Virtual offers tools that simulate the in-person experience while expanding reach statewide. Employers can host interactive hiring rooms, chat with candidates in real time, and customize their virtual booths with company logos, job listings, and multimedia content. Job seekers can explore openings, submit resumes, and connect directly with business leaders beyond the conclusion of the live portion.

The Maryland Regional Job Fair welcomes businesses and job seekers from all industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, information technology, education, and public service. Participants are encouraged to register early to maximize visibility and engagement. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive immediate access to the event portal, allowing you to finalize your profile or virtual booth prior to the session.
