Job Description

The Passenger Transportation Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional transport of passengers in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This role serves as the face of the company and is expected to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service while operating company or leased vehicles within the service territory. Drivers may be assigned to vehicle, to pick up non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), airport, or on-demand service routes depending on operational need.

Job Requirements

• Valid Maryland driver’s license (Class C or higher); clean driving record with no more than two (2) minor violations within the past three (3) years
• Minimum age of 21 years
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and MVA driving record review
• Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening
• Basic proficiency with mobile devices and GPS navigation applications
• Ability to lift and assist passengers; capacity to load/unload mobility equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
