Our Board

Who We Are: The Carroll County Workforce Development Board (CCWDB) is comprised of representatives and leaders from local area businesses in Carroll County and the Baltimore metro Area in conjunction with the areas’ partners.  The CCWDB’s primary responsibility is to provide guidance, and oversight to the local workforce development system through Carroll County Workforce Development.

Our Vision:  We envision an economically vibrant region where every business and individual has the opportunity for advancement, economic mobility, and prosperity.

Our Mission:  To develop a resilient, responsive, and inclusive workforce that will drive sustainable economic growth for Carroll County businesses by providing access to education, employment, and career pathways that assist individuals in achieving economic mobility.
