Job Description

Help children with intellectual and developmental disabilities who
display severe behavioral challenges, while working as part of an
interdisciplinary team.
We are seeking ambitious and compassionate individuals to join our
team. You will receive professional training in applied behavior analysis

We offer flexible work schedules, including full-time, part-time, night
and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on care to children, teens and young adults diagnosed
with autism spectrum disorder and/or intellectual disabilities who also
have severe and challenging behaviors
• Assist with activities of daily living (e.g., toileting, feeding and bathing)
• Learn about and help collect data for assessment and treatment purposes

Job Requirements

Scheduled Shifts
 Shift hours are not flexible
 8-Hour Shifts: Day 7am-3:30pm, Evening 3pm-11:30p
 10 -Hour Shifts: Day 7am-5:30pm, Evening 1pm-11:30pm, Night 11pm-9:30am
Schedule Requirements
 On-calls ($$$)
 Mandatory Overtime ($$$)
 Holidays-All major holidays (Holiday Differential)
 Weekends (Saturday and SunDay)
 Part -Time: 20 or 24 hours/week
 Full-Time: 40 hours/week
Orientation and Training
 Training schedule is 3 weeks in length
 The schedule is not flexible and cannot be
modified
 Potential start dates are available every 2 weeks
 Training takes place in person and is paid

Other Job Requirements
Driver’s License, H.S. Diploma/GED, Heavy Lifting, Medium Lifting, Background Check

Wages per hour: $17- $19 per hour
