Silverado Mechanical Services, located in Hampstead, MD, is a Linc Service provider offering HVAC Maintenance and Service Solutions to Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Buildings. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team! Our technicians are the public face of our company providing a professional and courteous customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
• Survey and analyze existing equipment for replacement or repair.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Work with the team as needed
• Install replacement parts per manufacturers specifications
• Complete HVAC preventive maintenance in accordance with established standards
• Troubleshoot, Analyze and repair HVAC malfunctions in accordance with EPA established standards
• Follow maintenance schedule to complete accurate and timely equipment maintenance and operating logs
• Complete documentation, including but not limited to; timesheets, expense reports, and service reports

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 Years HVAC Experience
Ability to Perform Basic HVAC Troubleshooting

Driver’s License, Driver’s Record Check, Drug Test Required, Background Check

Wages per hour: $60,000+/ Year
