As an entry-level laborer, you will be an essential part of our team that supports geothermal drilling operations. This job is for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives outdoors in all weather, and wants to start a career in a growing industry focused on sustainable energy.

Important: This position requires overnight travel Monday through Friday. This is NOT a local position. You will be away from home during the week and return on weekends.

What you’ll be doing:

Help assemble and position drilling equipment
Use tools and cables to move and secure parts of the drilling machine
Keep work area clean by removing dirt and debris
Assist in daily maintenance of the machines, like greasing and topping off fluids
Assist in removing tools from the drill holes and getting machines ready to move location.
Assist in installing geothermal pipes into the drill holes

Job Requirements

Physical Demands:

Ability to work in an outdoor work environment in all weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs
Must be able to work 10 or more hours per day, between 40-50 hours per week.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Possess reliable transportation
Willingness to complete OSHA 10 General Construction Certificate
