Job Description

Part-time work in the deli, with the option of full-time hours across our business.

Experience:

Prior deli, kitchen, or food prep experience preferred but not required (willing to train the right person).

Duties May Include:

Prepping meats, cheeses, vegetables, and other ingredients, making sandwiches, salads, and deli platters.
Operating slicers, ovens, and other kitchen tools, cleaning prep areas, dishes, and equipment.
Stocking deli case and keeping work area organized.

Job Requirements

Skills & Abilities:

Ability to safely use knives, slicers, and other kitchen equipment. Basic knowledge of food handling, portioning, and storage. Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety standards. Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately. Good communication and teamwork skills. Excellent Customer Service is a MUST!

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of time. Comfortable working in warm or cold environments (walk-in cooler, hot prep area). Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs as needed.
