We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations in Ellicott City, MD. This role is critical to maintaining uptime, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting continuous improvement across our facility.
Primary Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and production equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment meets operational standards
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, including motors, controls, wiring, and PLC-related components
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and maintenance documentation
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Work collaboratively with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency

Job Requirements

Qualifications
• 3–5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience required
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience with industrial controls, motors, and automation systems preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with legacy equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Must be a U.S. Person (United States Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident)
