Job Responsibilities:
Installation: Installing New Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning Systems
Maintenance: Performing Routine Maintenance to Ensure Efficient System Operation
Service: Diagnose & Repair Mechanical Faults in HVAC Systems
Customer Interaction: Communicating with Customers to Understand their Needs and Explain Solutions.
Compliance: Ensuring all work meets HVAC Codes and Safety Standards
Teamwork: Working Alongside other Technicians

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Licensing: Minimum MD HVAC Apprenticeship, EPA Universal Certification
Experience: 2+ Years Commercial HVAC Experience
Skills: Proficient in Mechanical Diagnostics, Ability to Read Schematics & Work Plans, Strong Written, Verbal & Interpersonal Skills
Physical Requirements: Ability to Lift Objects; typically, less than 50 lbs., Ability to Climb Ladders and Work at Heights
Other: Valid Driver’s License with Good Driving Record, Ability to Cover On-Call Duties; as scheduled
