Job Description

Comfort Air is seeking an experienced and reliable Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. This role involves installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
•    Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and other HVAC systems in residential homes
•    Follow installation instructions, blueprints, and specifications
•    Ensure all work complies with local building codes and manufacturer guidelines
•    Maintain a clean and organized work site
•    Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members
•    Complete job documentation and reports accurately and on time

Job Requirements

3-5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
Journeyman’s License
EPA certification required (Type II or Universal); NATE certification a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proficient with HVAC tools, materials, and installation techniques
Ability to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
