Job Description
– Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for Commercial spaces, and select Residences.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs.
- Conduct inspections of HVAC systems and components to identify potential problems or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to develop efficient and effective HVAC system designs.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations when working with HVAC systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions.
Supplemental pay types:

*Please note that this position requires travel to client sites.
Job Requirements
– Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
– Previous experience in property maintenance or HVAC equipment repair preferred.
– Familiarity with HVAC system design principles and field service practices.
– Proficiency in HVAC/R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration) systems.
– Ability to weld and perform basic fabrication tasks.
– Knowledge of air conditioning systems and ammonia refrigeration is a plus.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
