Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and cooking, with a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every meal meets our standards of excellence.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and marinating.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Participate in catering events as required, showcasing culinary skills in various settings.
Uphold the highest standards of quality in food presentation and taste.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
Proficiency with kitchen equipment and tools, including knives and cooking appliances.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
A background in fine dining or catering is preferred but not required.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
