We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative ready to earn, learn, and grow. By providing outstanding customer service, you can connect with customers to meet their in-home flooring needs and have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. Requirements

A valid driver’s license and a vehicle with room for flooring samples
The ability to attend in-person and virtual sales meetings/trainings
Evening and weekend availability is required
Achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales
Ability to use electronic tablets, measuring devices, and sample boards in connection with sales presentations
Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel

Schedule | Multiple schedule options: Sun-Thurs, Tues-Sat, or any 4 weekdays plus one weekend day

Salary | $50,000 – $70,000 (based on 100% commission) + commission bonus opportunities

Outside Sales Representative Job Duties

Establish contact with potential customers.
Perform product demonstrations.
Meet with customers in their homes and offer flooring products based on their needs.
Represent Empire Today well.
Foster professional relationships with customers and potential customers.
