Job Description

Immediate opening for an experienced collections specialist with excellent phone, interoffice and customer service skills. Obtain payments for overdue accounts by means of statements, emails, phone calls and collections letters. Work with 3rd party collection company to resolve select past due accounts. Produce customer invoices through QuickBooks. Setup new customer accounts and assist with general customer service. Process inspection documents to 3rd party compliance sites. Process credit card payments. Oversee all Accounts Receivable emails & phone calls. Oversee 3rd party vendor relation sites – including subscriptions and invoice submissions. Oversee or assist with special projects as needed for the Corporate related or division specific tasks. This position is based at our corporate headquarters located in Westminster, MD. Job Requirements

Collections experience is a must. A thorough grasp of Word, Excel, QuickBooks and Outlook is required. General math skills, financial software, attention to detail. Pleasant phone voice and ability to construct sentences using proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation. A successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
