Job Description

Barnes-Bollinger Insurance is growing and in need of a full- time Personal Lines Account Associate! This entry level, in office position is perfect for someone who has previous customer service experience and is looking for a long-term, rewarding career.

The ideal candidate would have:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills and aptitude for learning new technology

Highly-organized and strong time management skills

Works with integrity and a high-level of confidentiality

Responsibilities will include but are not limited:

Communicating with clients, carriers, and colleagues in a professional and timely manner via phone and email.
Assisting clients with policy changes and updates, as well as providing support for billing and claims inquiries.
Providing overall support as needed to the Personal Lines Director, and team.

Job Requirements

This position requires the employee successfully obtain a State of Maryland P&C Insurance license within 60 days of hire. Training and initial exam fees to be paid for by the company.
