Job Summary: As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry, and contribute to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and engage customers, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Understand and meet their needs by offering expert advice and personalized service.
Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling our jewelry collection. Utilize your product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends, product features, and brand offerings. Share your expertise with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with customers and team members. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Collaboration: Work closely with your team to achieve store goals and create a cohesive and supportive work environment. Assist in training new team members and share best practices.
Innovation: Embrace new ideas and approaches to improve customer service and sales processes. Contribute to store initiatives and promotions with creative and innovative solutions.
Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control, including stock replenishment and merchandise organization. Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or jewelry
sales is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for jewelry and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Innovative mindset with a willingness to embrace new ideas.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
Basic computer skills for point-of-sale (POS) transactions and inventory management.

Wages per hour: $17.00 to $25.00 / Hr.

MONDAY 9:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.  TUESDAY 9:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m  WEDNESDAY 9:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m  THURSDAY 9:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m  FRIDAY 9:30 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.  SATURDAY 9:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Shift: Part Time, 2-3 days per week. Full Time, 5 days per week. Extended Holiday Hours
