Summer Camp Counselors needed!

Supervise and counsel up to 10 campers per week (ages 9-12) or (ages 13-17) and engage in camp program wherever needed. RVR consists of four camps (Classic, Adventure, Paintball, and Horsemanship)

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals that share in our passion to create a wholesome environment where guests and staff can grow to their full, God given potential. We would love for you to come and be a part of RVR. The Adventure Starts Here!

Overnight camp – housing and meals provided in addition to salary

Job Requirements

Must be 18+, mature, strong work ethic, positive energy, strong communication skills.

A Counselor’s job is to build relationships with campers and share with them the love and message of Christ. They do this in large group, small group, and one-on-one settings by engaging campers in activities, leading small groups, and initiating gospel conversations. A blend of parent/friend/coach/teacher, a counselor has the opportunity to make a profound difference in a camper’s life. Living in the cabins, participating in activities, sharing meals together, and hanging out during free time give a counselor the unique privilege of making a meaningful life impact in just one week of camp.

First Aid/CPR certification, camp or outdoor/adventure experience a plus.
