What You Will Do
As the Systems & Client Services Manager, you will build strong client relationships, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and manage the delivery of IT services aligned with client needs. You will use your expertise to serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal IT teams. The Director of Technology Services will rely on you to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and drive service improvements.
Essential Duties
• Supervise the delivery of computer client support systems planning services and production/distribution services.
• Guide and support the client services and production/distribution teams, encouraging collaboration and productivity, identifying skill gaps, and offering training to enhance team capabilities.
• Collaborate and build strategic plans with the leadership team, focused on service delivery and support.
• Make decisions for the repair or replacement of cell phones, operating systems, and other related technology.
• Facilitate client relationships and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal IT teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software and hardware methods, trends, and techniques.
• Review budgets for the office. Recommend reallocating resources when necessary.
• Implement standards developed in coordination with peers through policies, procedures, and work schedules. Lead team training to reinforce integrity, ethics, and use of best practices.
• Encourage collaboration and support team members work and development through mentorship. Build and maintain a welcoming workplace.
• Maintain transparent communication to support flow of information in the organization.
• Lead team operation to meet standards set in Federal, State, and local laws. Partner with legal counsel to ensure policies, procedures, and practices follow applicable Carroll County ordinances.
• Contribute to the development of the strategic plan to assess and monitor technology risk management
• May perform additional duties in supervisor’s absence.

Job Requirements
You Might Be a Good Fit If
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Five or more years of related experience
• Three or more years of supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to perform supervisory duties.
• A comparable amount of education and experience may be substituted for the minimum requirement.
Preferred Licenses and Certifications
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification or Microsoft Certified Professional certification
Additional Information
• Requires criminal background check as condition of employment.
• Must be able to provide own transportation as needed for local travel.
