Job Description

Position Summary
The Cleaning Technician Lead is an evening position, responsible for overseeing and performing cleaning and sanitation duties across multiple facilities. This position will lead a small team (including one additional Cleaning Technician) to ensure two locations are cleaned to company standards, and supplies and equipment are properly managed. The Cleaning Technician Lead sets the example for quality, efficiency, and professionalism on every job site.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and work alongside cleaning staff to complete daily and scheduled cleaning tasks across multiple sites.
Ensure all cleaning is completed to company and client standards, following established checklists and procedures.
Assign and monitor tasks for the cleaning team to maintain efficiency and consistency.
Inspect work areas to verify quality and report issues to management.
Track and request cleaning supplies and inventory as needed.
Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients.
Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and company policies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for site travel).
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
