Job Description

We are seeking qualified CDL Class A and CDL Class B Drivers to join our growing operations team. Drivers will play a critical role in supporting daily site operations by safely operating a variety of commercial vehicles and equipment.

Our fleet includes multiple truck types, including dump trucks, tanker trucks, fuel trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, and other specialty vehicles used to support construction, transportation, and site service activities. Assignments may vary based on operational needs, experience, and licensing qualifications.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, reliability, and teamwork. Responsibilities may include transporting materials, equipment, fuel, water, and other resources; conducting pre- and post-trip inspections; maintaining compliance with DOT regulations; and supporting field operations as needed.

Job Requirements

Valid CDL Class A or Class B license
Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements preferred but not required
Valid/Current DOT Physical
Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices
Ability to operate various commercial vehicles and equipment
Experience working on our around job sites a plus
Strong work ethic and dependability
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/REQUIREMENTS:

The following physical demands are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

Constant physical effort, including standing and sitting, is required during a regular work shift of at least eight hours per day.
Employee must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time, and to stoop, bend, and crouch as required to perform key duties.
Frequently walk and climb on uneven surfaces of heavy equipment.
Ability to lift, on a frequent basis, at least 50 pounds and carry at least 30 pounds personally, and up to 150 pounds with assistance.
Manual dexterity to operate hand tools.
Maintain constant alertness to the multiple concurrent activities of the road construction site, including the activities of other employees and contractors, the operation of stationary equipment, and the movement of mobile equipment.
The Operator must be able to climb on and off heavy mobile equipment safely.
Full-time position with consistent hours; overtime and weekends may be required
Work performed outdoors at active civil construction sites and yards
Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and uneven terrain
