Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Front office representative who will work under the supervision of the Office Manager. Ensures that daily functions are performed professionally and proficiently, keeping in mind that patient care is our first priority. Register patients – obtain current insurance ,demographic information, driver’s license, HIPAA consent, referrals if required, and copays. Responsible for daily balancing and closing procedures. Assists with patient scheduling, answering incoming calls, opening and distributing mail, photocopying and faxing documents and performs other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.

Less than 2 years Experience working in a medical office Preferred
