Job Description

The ALS Service Technician/Installer is extremely dependable, can think outside of the box, and will strive to achieve customer satisfaction. Candidates need a strong mechanical aptitude. The daily requirements of the job are assisting in gathering supplies, and tools, cleaning, assembling, and following the Senior Technician’s directions. This position is designed for those that want to advance their career. Some overnight travel is required (per diem applies).

A day in the life of our technicians include morning check-ins at the Hanover office, traveling to the job in Company work truck (paid drive time), completing the job, and going to the next stop, until the work assigned is completed.

Those with experience in auto mechanics, hydraulics, HVAC, electrical work, and commercial construction are encouraged to apply. Experience working on automotive lifts and/or using lifts is a plus but not required. We also encourage those with Military service to apply.

• Not afraid to get dirt under the nails and grease on the shirt!
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Overnight travel required, 2–3 times a month (per diem eligible)
• Physical strength and stamina with the ability to lift and move 50 – 80 pounds.
• Comfortable working all types of environments
• Ability to think critically and find solutions on the spot
• Eager to learn
• Honest, trustworthy and dependable.
• Neat in appearance with a professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
